How long is the free trial?

The free trial period is 15 days. It starts from the day you activate the trial license key.

How is Skedler licensed?

Skedler is licensed per instance and available as an Annual Subscription. An instance of Skedler can connect to multiple instances of Elastic Stack Clusters or Grafana.

How are the number of reports counted?

A report is counted when any PDF, PNG, HTML Inline, Excel, or CSV report file is generated from a datasource. Sharing the report with multiple recipients does not affect the count.

What happens if we reach the number of reports in our plan?

Skedler will stop generating reports if you reach the number of monthly reports in your plan. To resume report generation during that month, you can contact sales to upgrade your plan.

How are reports counted for burst reports?

Each burst report will count towards the number of reports in your plan. For example, if 10 reports are created(burst) at a time, it will be counted as 10 individual reports.

When a report fails to generate, is it counted?

No, failed reports do not count. Only successful reports are counted towards the plan.

How many report templates can I use?

There is no limit to the number of report templates.

Can I deploy Skedler on my own server?

Yes, you can download and deploy Skedler on your own server.

Are there any limits on the number of Elasticsearch nodes per cluster?

There are no limits on the number of Elasticsearch nodes per cluster.

Are there any limits on the number of users per instance?

There are no limits on the number of users per instance.

Can I change my plan after I start using Skedler?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan after you start using Skedler. You will be charged a prorated fee for the new plan if you upgrade. Your plan will be downgraded at the end of the current subscription period if you downgrade.

Can I cancel my subscription after I start using Skedler? Will I get a refund?

We do not offer a refund for cancellation of the current annual subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your subscription will not be renewed after the current subscription period.

We would like to bundle Skedler along with our solution and offer it to customers. Is it possible?

Skedler OEM customers include Hewlett Packard Enterprises, Anam Technologies, Openmind Networks, etc. We offer flexible licensing models that help our OEM customers meet their customer licensing requirements. The OEM license fee depends on the edition and number of licenses per year. Please contact us for more information.
